Lior Rozhansky is the founder and president of Floral Capital LLC, a multifamily investment company. Lior has years of experience in the multifamily investing space, with his first acquisition coming at the age of 23. Since then, he has built up a large multifamily portfolio with ~$30 million of assets in Boston through strategic partnerships with capital partners.
Along with multifamily investing, Lior has years of experience in the real estate brokerage space and runs one of the top teams in the Boston area. Lior holds a bachelor of science degree in Biochemistry from Brandeis University.
A lot of people think that "A" class assets aren't as profitable as other asset classes which is why most investors stay away from this asset class... but Lior is going to prove us all wrong with his unique structure of investments and how he's taken many deals and squeezed A LOT of extra juice out of them.
If you've ever struggled with management or really heavy lifts... Lior has mastered this as most of his deal cost roughly $100K/PER DOOR to renovate! That's insane!
The max I've ever spent on a per door basis is like $15K/door in renovations. This episode will be one to remember!
