| 0:53.3 | Luke actually just closed his first multifamily deal in the first 60 days of joining the program. |
| 1:01.8 | Like that's absolutely insane. 60 days from making the decision that Multicambo is what he wanted to do. |
| 1:07.3 | He was able to not only get the education that he needed, find the deal, get it under contract, |
| 1:13.3 | and raise all of the capital, but ultimately close the deal and start operating it in his little as 60 days. |
| 1:20.3 | It's absolutely insane. Literally his first time raising capital and after teaching him the exact principles |
| 1:25.3 | of how I actually go about raising all that that capital and how I've raised over about $15 to $20 million |
| 1:31.3 | over the last two years, he was able to raise all the capital. He needed to get that deal close. |
| 1:36.3 | Ah, so exciting. But another one of my students, we have three success stories here. |
