Man, we're talking about something really exciting today because have you guys ever been

in a bidding war, right?

You're trying to submit L.O.I.'s, you're trying to get the actual seller to accept your offer.

Well, for most of us, this is very much something that happens to us on a daily, weekly,

monthly basis depending on how active you are in the business.

And when you're out there and you're trying to find these really competitive, really creative,
