Let's go on, everybody. Welcome back to this week's segment of the No Limit Minute.

0:07.0

Sometimes I have to think about what I'm about to say before I actually say it specifically

0:11.2

the No Limit Minute because sometimes I say the No Minute limit and it's just so similar and just

0:16.9

it's just crazy. So I have to actually sit back and be like, okay, I'm about to record what is

0:22.7

it called? Let's make sure we see it right. Sometimes I have to take multiple takes. So here we are

0:28.0

actually on the first take, thankfully, I have said it correctly. We are here today on the

0:34.4

this week's segment of the No Limit Minute. Now today what I want to talk about is the aspect kind

0:40.7

of the pivot, the aspect of changing, evolving, pivoting with your surrounding circumstances,

0:49.1

with the environment, with the market, with the economy, with the changes. You know, there's a lot

because it's been working like syndications or single-family flipping or burrs or Airbnb's or whatever

1:06.2

the case is. But then if you look back at what happened with COVID, you saw the hospitality sector,

1:12.0

hotels, retail, Airbnb, short-term rentals, vacation destinations. You saw that they took a big

1:20.1

hit. So folks that were in that industry had to pivot. And there was actually a lot of pivoting

1:26.5

that was happening specifically into the multifamily sector, which I don't want to talk too much about

1:33.2

that, but it's just yet another reason why I love the multifamily specifically. It's very

1:37.5

recession resistant. And if you guys want to know more about multifamily, continue to listen to the

1:41.9

show. Go back and listen to our last 140-some-odd episodes and you'll understand why. Real estate in general,

1:49.4

but also multifamily specifically is such an amazing niche. But the idea of the pivot is that

1:55.2

something has changed in your environment. And you can't go with the status quo anymore

2:00.5

to be successful. You can't continue to do the same thing you've always done and expect to

2:06.9

continue to be successful because there's been outside changes. As everyone knows, there's
