The oceans team with activity.

The dry land foams with life.

Yahweh watches delighting in every creature's, every movement.

He laughs as the dogs run circles and the elephants rollic in the mud, joy spilling

from his heart as the otters juggle rocks and the penguins waddle and the grizzly bears scratch their backs

on the cedars. But then something is off.

Do you feel it? Father and son and spirit ask one another.

I do, Spirit and son and father reply.

There's something missing, something related to the pulsing wellspring of love that gushes from the depths of him, his kindness and affection, his love of partnership and intimacy, it all cries out for more.

It is not good for God to be alone.

And this world, these creatures, they seem as though they're all leading to something,

as if they were a prelude, an overture, a fanfare for what's to follow.

What is to follow?

Yahweh surveys his work,

this kingdom over which he'll rule with wisdom and kindness.

He wants someone to rule with him,

to echo his wisdom and kindness,

a partner.

The lion, isn't it? The elephant, wise but not right.

The Chihuahua, no.

There is a search, perhaps, but for Yahweh, no suitable helper is found.

Can a God who's always known every but for Yahweh no suitable helper is found.
