We're going to ask a couple of questions,

and then we'll give you guys an opportunity

to ask a couple of questions.

One of the things that I respect most about Alex

is that he's a winner.

He's an absolute winner,

and winning is one of the most important values in my life.

Whatever he does, he finds a way to win.

So to be honest with you, I have never in my life prepared questions before.

I just normally like to freestyle it a little bit, right?

But this is very, very important, and I want to make sure that I ask the right questions.

Are you ready to rock and roll?

I just want to ask a question in the room, show of hands, how many people here have a college degree? How many people have an MBA? A law degree.

A couple of lawyers in the room. Okay. How many people think of real estate is a great way to make a

living? And the last one is just to get a gauge of the room.

How many people here consider themselves entrepreneurs?

Okay, cool.
