Summary

In this episode, I talk about the psychology of value in business and personal relationships, focusing on what I call the '100/20 rule'. The rule emphasizes the importance of offering significantly more value than we receive, which applies not just in financial terms but also in emotional rewards. I share insights on how this approach shapes marketing, branding, and personal interactions. This principle is central to my approach in business coaching, where unlocking potential and commitment to its pursuit are key. Exploring these ideas, you'll understand how adopting a mindset of abundant service can lead to success and deeper fulfillment in our professional and personal lives.
