Today I'm really excited to share an episode with you, a recent conversation that I shared

with Brandon Beecham, who is the host of the Positive Head podcast, which is a podcast that really changed my, my story and

my trajectory. I shared about it in the episode featuring Matt Belair, because the two of them

kind of go hand in hand. But Positive Head is such an amazing resource. If you have never heard

Oh, I highly recommend it. What Brandon has shared is so generous. It is such a huge gift and

huge offering to the collective consciousness. He records his podcast five days a week.

And he has a co-host now, as we talked about in the conversation that I'm going to share with you.

But initially, back in 2016, 2017, when his podcast was like literally keeping me alive.

He was recording it five days a week himself.

I mean, I don't know if he recorded it literally five days a week,

but he was producing five episodes a week.

And that means that there is a huge bank of episodes

that are so high vibrational and just very expansive.

And they're the kind of episodes too that you really don't need to listen to them in any
