seeing her on the Food Network, where she competed in the Girl Scout Cookie Championship.

I was just so excited about this. And Violet, who was a Girl Scout at the time, really loved

watching it. So when I found out she was in the Boston area, I actually reached out to her to ask if she

might be willing to do a little baking demo with Violet's Girl Scout troop.

And she actually responded and said, yes, I couldn't believe it.

Her spirit of generosity was so evident right from the beginning.

And then the pandemic hit and that event got canceled along with a lot of other

things. Anyway, in the years since, I've followed Lizzie's journey online. She is just incredible.
