we're just in so much despair and turmoil as people.

And the question that I constantly get with my work

from the campaigns I work on and working at Planned Parenthood

is like, let's say, oh my gosh, how do I have impact?

How do I disrupt my community and things like that?

And I would answer that question and give them like quick anecdotes.

You know, it's what I do in my consulting now.

But then I sat back and realized,

I wonder what it would take for all of us to really look inward and figure out what is the

thing that makes us up. What is the thing that actually pushes us to that to that area of disruption?

Yeah. So my guest today is Alencia Johnson. Now, Alencia is a fascinating young woman who has been in a lot of important rooms and done a lot of important things.

She's the founder of 1063

broad, a media and social impact consultancy leading at the intersection of culture, impact,

and purpose. She has advised presidential campaigns, Vice President Kamaharis, President

Joe Biden, Senator Elizabeth Warren, and President Barack Obama, in addition to her work with leading advocacy groups, entertainers, brands, and corporations.

So she's a sister who's been in the room where it's happened.
