In 2012, I created a website called HardcoreCloser.com.

It wasn't my intention to be the Hardcore Closer.

That wasn't a nickname I created for myself. It was just a simple

URL. But prior to that, in about 2006, I went into a real estate office and met with a top

producer and real estate agent. And next to his phone was a golf glove. And I asked the guy,

I said, hey, man, what's to do with the golf glove next to the phone

and he said man I hate making cold calls but when I put that glove on it transforms my state of mind

and I become the listing boss and I make those cold calls and clear people that glove on my hand

with a phone and it sends a signal to my brain that it's go time and whether

I hate cold calling or not that's what I got to do so back to 2012 I got this hardcore closer
