Hello, friends. I am so delighted to share this episode today. It was inspired by something I

started doing at the end of last year on December 28th, kind of a strange time to start things, I think,

but I had some quiet space and I had been doing a lot of

thinking about writing. And so I wanted to share this writing practice that I've been doing because I've

been getting a ton of questions about them. But I wanted you to think about this in the context of any kind of self-directed practice that one might decide to do.
