been listening for many months to many years

excited to have you back. Today's episode we are going to be interviewing

someone who's been on once before about four years ago.

Her name is Kimberly Selzer, and she is kind of like the makeover queen,

but she does even more than style.

She makes over a little bit of everything and

helping you with confidence through the way you look through the way that you carry

yourself through the way that you think about yourself and I'm so excited to have

her on the podcast once again and we're talking about some cool stuff regarding the

idea of first impressions and we get into this idea where it takes about seven seconds and

that's pretty wild that it does take seven seconds for someone that you're talking

to to make an impression on you. And so you have that seven seconds

and it's not something that you necessarily do in the seven seconds, but it's how you

show up in those first seven seconds and that's what we're going over today.

Some cool stuff, some practical advice and gearing more towards how you carry yourself,

how you look and all those good things.
