Well, I am still as of Thursday afternoon, waiting on someone, anyone, to outline to

to me why private equity in college sports is a no-brainer.

I want someone to just say, Connor, here's why this makes perfect sense.

Yeah, I mean what we're facing is like very close to almost like the Premier League, right?

Where it's like, I mean, no, no, no, if you followed that Super League they tried to make a couple of years ago around COVID times and all the fans revolted.

I'm really hoping all of you that are listening just

take to the streets and revolt because we're kind of getting to that point

where all the money is starting to edge people out and what I'm scared of you know kind

of like we've talked about is you know big 10 SEC at the top all the rest of the former P5 our core four in the middle and then G5 at the bottom and what we don't want is for college football to turn into Dallas Cowboys games with all the personal seat licenses and all the money being the deciding factors of who does what it's already there you know we know that there's always money in the sport we're not naive but at the same time private equity just feels like a bridge too far to be. Do you agree?

Like a slippery slope that all of a sudden just turns into a sheet of black ice.

That's what it feels like to me.

And I get it that we're already down that path.

And for some, maybe it makes financial sense.

By some, I mean, the people that are trying to figure out

the revenue sources to be able to fund all these different settlements because that's really what this all comes down to if you're having trouble keeping tabs on this story and why it's going to impact college boards and why things are changing so rapidly.

Basically the previous four years of NIL,

like those four years before that,

all those athletes are going to be compensated
