0:00.0	Hello everybody. Welcome to the Radical Cander podcast. I'm Jason Roseoff. I'm Amy Sandler, and today, Jason, I'm going to check in with you. You have been cooking up a new product, and I am eager to hear about how you've gotten to where you're at now and where you're going with this product and most of all
0:22.9	how this is going to help our podcast audience. Yeah, excited to share with you and with our

So radical candor is building a community, an online community, to help aspiring and experience people leaders, stress less, build better relationships, and get more done by connecting each of you with your peers, with experts in the radical candor community, and offering resources to make your jobs and lives easier through the application of radical candor.
0:56.3	So a lot of the things that you listen to the podcast for, tips and tricks,
1:00.1	but a way to actually interact with other folks who are on their radical candor journey as well,
1:07.0	along with experts like Kim and Amy and myself and Brandy who will all be part of the community
1:14.3	too. Cool. So just if I'm hearing you and just to reframe, like if I'm someone I'm listening to
1:20.3	the podcast, I can access the content and I'm just kind of having my own experience with the content.
1:25.9	But this is a chance for people to actually start
1:28.6	to connect with each other, other folks who are fans of radical kinder, and then actually get
1:33.8	some practice time as well as some real-time events. Is that an accurate summary?
1:40.0	Yeah, I would say that that's even more detailed than I was trying to be.
1:45.2	So, like, the idea of this community is to create a space for development.
1:52.1	One of the things that we often hear from people who write into the podcast, for example,

2:01.0	talk to about whatever management challenge it is that they're trying to overcome. And they're
2:06.5	inspired by the ideas of radical candor. And so they reach out to us and say, hey, could you help?
2:11.9	Can you help? I have this situation. I really don't know how to deal with it. And what we realized
2:16.7	is like we can answer a vanishingly few, you know,
2:20.1	small number of those questions that people sent to us.
2:25.1	And wouldn't it be great if there is a place where people could hear from us,
2:31.2	but maybe even more importantly, hear from each other about how they might
