yourself being really overwhelmed and stressed out by Christmas and instead you

want to just really enjoy the season and create lasting memories.

you. You have been the soundtrack to my wintering period this year and I've got to say you've improved my winter I feel like I'm

wintering well because of you because of your podcast because of your book because of

your whole vibe so thank you.

Oh it's so lovely to hear I think often when you write books you kind of write them for yourself

as much as for anyone else you often write about what you need and I'm just so glad that it's really helped you and inspired other people because even though Christmas can it can seem like oh it's just Christmas so it's you know just this commercial festival or something I think if you're intentional about it it can be about 10% of the entire year right and how you approach Christmas and December and how you winter like you say can make such a difference to how you feel in January as well so it's really important

Definitely especially with so many people getting S. A.D.

And I definitely this year have suffered with that.

It's just such an important.
