How about that? Well, I can see you being grumpy because it sounds like you're in a well right now.

I'm casually checking out some D3 scores right now and you know just keeping up

keeping up with the Joneses here. Man I appreciate I appreciate hearing that we

are joined by a repeat guest, a guy that is a good friend of ours, going into a second year as the head coach of the Cardinal O'Hara Lyons. I actually just had to learn that today. Ryan, you got married this summer, so your life is officially over. You know,

coach a high school basketball team and you're married. Nothing to look forward to. But I told you everybody's grumpy tonight.

I wanted to have you back on to kind of talk about how your season went last year

and kind of what you decided to do in the off season especially as you're in a real your season

especially as you're in a really competitive league and I think it's an interesting thing

especially for high school coaches who listen to kind of try to figure out how to get better

and kind of break through a little bit of the ceiling that exists within, you know, a private school leave. So, Ryan, how are you today?
