Well, so this, this week, Ryan Ayrse, he is a Philly guy as well, played at Germantown Academy in high school for our friend of the program,

Jimmy Fennard, his father, but a guy that had an unbelievably good career at Notre Dame and then has been an assistant there now.

I believe this is his third year and, you know, playing for Mike Bray and coaching under Mike Bray,

and I thought it was really interesting hearing kind of how you handle that relationship

because it's something small that you and I don't really know about.

Yeah and I think that's a great it's a great topic to kind of discuss because I think it goes from coach to coach whether it's you know it might be different for Mike Bray than it is for coaching under Mike Sh chefski or Fran Dumfy or any of these other guys, it might just be different coming from a player to a coach,

depending on how those guys kind of interact with their current players and staff.

but so many players, I think at least one time in their career,
