I am Tyler Lori and I am joined as always by my fantastic co-host

Chris Smalls, Angelos, and Smalls this week a guy that is, and I come off kind of like a fan boy in this episode,

which is disappointing because he's always been a guy

that I've joked around with,

and we've joked around with.

But Matt Langel, head coach at Colgate University

and a guy that was a assistant obviously when the two of us

started his managers and has had a big impact on my life and yours as well.

But just it was fun to talk to him this morning and I really enjoyed his message. It's very different now. He did not

allow us to joke around probably as much as we wanted to because I think he was like I'm going to do this seriously which we

told her respect you know reigning Patriot League coach the year so a guy

knows what he's doing but you know small coach Lang was a guy that we've known

for a long time and somebody who means a lot I think to the two of us.

Yeah, high academic guy, a big brain, much bigger than you know both of our brains so...

And he made that known a couple times, you know, he let us know that, you know, he was accepted to both Penn and Princeton, and, you know, Princeton was essentially a safety school, so that made me feel really good and I'm sure everyone listening to the podcast you know I'm sure you guys all Prince him was your safety school, but for me and Tyler, you know temple was you know big time getting in

wasn't as much involved with this interview, but I really got to listen and to your point about you know coming off as a fan boy I don't I don't really think much of that because I think that just lends itself to you, how much of an impact Coach Langel had specifically in your, you know, life and, you know, kind of your outlook on, you know, the next approach with basketball and also to me
