everyone's backgrounds like in detail and I don't think everyone does so when I do my research I found his story like super compelling in terms that he went from a division three school in Texas to getting the Georgetown job as a doboo and then you know

progressing on his career now assistant and Marist right but I was so fascinated with how he got the Georgetown and how he told that story because it kind of rings true like you're you have to be naive in a sense to achieve some goals when you're younger.

I think in coaching, I think that's a really nice part

about the coaching industry, and then it kind of makes you,

it kind of hardens you as you grow, and as you don't reach certain goals but Matt speaks to it and I found that story particularly very interesting and helpful as well.
