But I mean, just a great guy and somebody that, you know, I didn't know really well he got recommended to us and I mean I loved it small as it was it was great it was a really good for me you know the college

official practices started and he got my you know he got me excited he brought the

passion out for the college basketball season to start.

Yeah and you can and obviously he told us a lot of people tell us their fans of the podcast

Sounds like coach James legitimately listens to a lot of our episodes which is the most impressive part of anyone

Because we've done a lot of different episodes and they're typically an hour and a half but it's pretty cool to

hear that for us but he's just he sounds like a really grounded person and you know I thought the most interesting

point and I won't give anything away but the idea of when you get to that point of almost Zen or you know happiness with your where you're at and
