0:32.6	being canceled. So that's pretty exciting for us. This week, we talked to Duane Killings,
0:38.4	who is an assistant basketball coach for the Connecticut Huskies. Obviously a pretty high-profile
0:44.8	job at a school with three national championships working for Kevin Oli and a guy that we know
0:49.7	really well from our time at Temple, but also a guy I think that really understands networking.
0:55.5	And I thought the theme of this episode was how to deal with people and how that's important
1:01.9	in your life. And one of the things I respect about Duane is that he's very honest and open
1:06.6	about different things, but I thought he broke down the relationship side of coaching, whether
1:11.8	it be with players or coaches or just business side of it. I thought he broke that down really
1:16.8	well. And I thought that was really interesting because we really haven't had somebody talk
1:20.9	relationships as much in their journey up until this point.
1:26.4	Yeah, for sure. I mean, I think you kind of said it. What was really interesting to me was,
1:33.6	he's connection with people, but how genuine it was. And I know I've talked about that before,
1:39.7	but with DK, it's not never going to be a fake thing. Like if he's going to build a relationship
1:45.7	with you, it's not going to be fake. He's going to keep in touch with you. And it's not because
1:50.5	he thinks he's going to get a job. It's because of how he was raised or think you need to help him.
1:56.6	No, it's how he was raised. He wants to stay connected because down the road, he might need your help.
2:02.2	You might need his help right now, but down the road, he might need you. And it's not just about
2:07.2	that. He actually wants to learn about different people and hear their stories. So I think that's
2:13.0	what makes him ultra successful too. And I know he's not a head coach yet, but he's on his way,
