This week Smalls and I talk to Dr. Doug Polster. Dr. Doug's a sports... of He's currently based out of Los Angeles and he works at UCLA in the Steve Tish Brainsport

Doug grew up surrounded by sports and even played Division 3 basketball at Johns Hopkins where he led the team in scoring his senior year.

And this was just a really fascinating conversation with a guy who's in a field that I just don't know very much about.

And so it was really awesome to have Doug on.

You know, we were worried a little bit that we would get dug on and it would be really, really clinical and really technical and guests might think, man, this is super, super boring. And in reality reality what it was was eye opening and so I don't want to
