And Smalls, this is our Memorial Day week episode.

As most of our guests know, Memorial Day weekend is a big big deal. So what we did was

instead of having Colin curtain back on we might next week have Colin on just to talk about his day-to-day affairs from Friday, Saturday and

Sunday, but we did have a guy who appreciates Sea Isle that we had to have a sea aisle or

Ocean City, New Jersey guy on this week. So we had Britt Moore from Elizabeth Town College

in the Landmark Conference, and Britt was awesome.

We talked a lot of crap about like upstate New York

and Pitt Bradford University and only in New York in Buffalo.

But, you know, in between those types of shots was a guy who's done things, you know, pretty differently in his career and has ended up at a place where he even said to us that he could see himself coaching at for the rest of his career.

And I thought that was awesome, you know, like that level of honesty and just kind of you know telling us like hey

this is how it was at Pitt Bradford this is how it was and I was an assistant at

Albright and now here's where I am in my career and being comfortable and hungry and humble.

I thought that part was awesome, Smalls. It was cool, but Britt was a great guy to talk to.

Yeah, I think we talk a lot about coming up in the industry and how you have to kind of eke out a living.

Well I think as a head coach if you can make it in upstate New York at a Division 3 college where

the turnover rate is, you know, extremely high.

That says a lot about your ability to connect with players, recruits, individuals, and the schools a whole and there's no surprise he you know got a very good job and Elizabeth Town College and you know is beginning the process of turning that program back into a

competitor of where it was when he had kind of attended the school so Brits got a
