One of the things that I learned is that data is the decision maker for everything. And black women by the year 2021 will be the highest spending consumer out of any ethnicity with a $1.5 trillion spend. That's why black women have a power, have a voice. They're more educated than they ever have been before. They're not having

families as quick. They have a disposable income. There is power in that alone. And I think that

when brands decide, I want them to be a part of my target audience. It's going to change

bottom lines across the world. But it's our job to continue to educate people who've

never been around black people.
