We've been talking about this for a while.

We had to wait for your book to get out.

You have. I was talking before the show.

There were so many delays because of COVID.

So first of all, congratulations on release of the fun habit. Thank you so much. Yeah, it's been a long time coming. So I'm excited to be doing about it. It has. I feel like we've been talking about it for a couple years at least. Yeah, the pub dates got moved twice. Once it was like a soft one and then this last one, you know, June to January was,

was a hard one, you know, like six weeks.

Yeah, that's right.

What a great way to feed are, right?

Yeah, what a way to kick off the year.

It's so interesting because you have such a distinguished background, including

being a charter member of the International Positive Psychology Association.

And so from the outside, we would expect that you'd have the whole happiness thing down.

But as we learn in your book, that was not the case.
