and i practice gratitude i have a gratitude journal that really keeps me in check

of reminding myself that throughout the day whenever I'm doing something, I have to think of what

am I going to put in my back pocket so that I can talk about it tomorrow. And that is why

searching for gratitude is a thing that truly changes your life because it's so easy to go through life and

look and recognize things that you're doing wrong, things that you're not doing good enough,

or comparing yourself to how someone else is doing better than you, and you forget all the

things that you are doing that is actually making a difference in your life. And there has been this

that I'm like, okay, this is clearly something I need to talk about. And it's find out who you are

and do it on purpose. That's from Dolly Parton, the queen herself. And it's like how many times

you know, get sick or be successful. You have a successful accident. And it's like you don't

necessarily appreciate it nearly as much as if you had an action plan and a goal set to what
