You know, there's some foods that are better after they've been around for a while,

like chowders, for instance.

You know, a chowder is better two or three days later.

Same with casseroles, which is what lasagna is,

or a lot of these dishes at Mordadella Head. And so they, they arrive and they're ready to go.

And they might as well be, you know, have been sitting in the refrigerator or in this case,

the freezer for a few days. I mean, they're absolutely ready to go.
