He is a athletic trainer.

He is a strength and conditioning specialist and all around badass dude and a

personal friend of mine. Eddie. Welcome. Glad to see you. Glad. I mean, this is a cool,

even if it's just you and me wrapping out, no one else is listening. I'm stoked, but I'm all

hoping that's not the case. All six people who listen to this will be thrilled with the conversation.

I hope so.

I hope it's worth their time, you know, whether they're cooking dinner or in the shop, you know, working on bikes.

I hope that they get something out of it, you know, some enjoyment or something and brings a little smile to their face.

why don't you give them a little bit of your, uh, your background and relevancy and all that good stuff?

Awesome. Yeah. Um, well, uh, shoot, where do I start from like birth? Or do we just kind of forward a few

years and, and just kind of move a little background to

how i got to where i am now hey if you want to start from conception man that's fine i got all day

yeah yeah yeah so yeah so um let's start start from the beginning uh i get for context, right? So third grade, my friend Kenny and I went out riding BMX bikes like most kids in those days do, right? That's a mode of transportation and a mode of, you know, seeking out jumps and whatnot.

And so he, him and I were trying to find this sick riding spot.
