Shane Hawkins, the son of late Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins, will drum for his dad's cover band Chevy Metal on a summer tour that starts July 19th in Denver and wraps up August 31st in Agoura Hills, California.

RIP: George Wendt, best known for his role as Norm Peterson on the sitcom Cheers, died peacefully at his Chicago home on Tuesday at age 76, according to The Hollywood Reporter. His passing coincided with the 32nd anniversary of the show's final episode. The cause of death was not disclosed·
