Jim Kramer here to share with you a sample of my take on the market from today's

CNBC Investing Club warning meeting.

This is what's so interesting to me. Right now, we just got, was the biggest trade deal.

And I think it's a win for Japan, win for us.

Congratulations to the President to be able to split hairs like that because it was, the tariffs were up higher and managed to be lower them to the point where everybody thinks it's great. I mean, Toyota's going, fun. All the cars are, all the car companies are flying. And yet at the same time, we have this meme problem again. And I say it's a problem because it's, you know, could be pump and dump. It could be anything that's a lot like what we saw with GameStop. So on the one hand, we're tracked with some very good news. Yeah. In the other hand, we have this kind of market that worries me very much. You know, a little bit of the froth came out yesterday. You saw a lot of laggards had a strong day. I mean, consumer staples, groups like that, healthcare, momentum kind of faded. I like to see some of the froth come out, but the targeted short squeezes, I just don't like to see. Right. They don't end well for anyone. Right. I mean, I don't even want to mention some of the stocks that are being operated on, because

I don't want anyone to think that I even want to dignify it.

Meantime, though, a lot of my callers say, Jim, what's the deal?

Why isn't it, if you're making money, you always have to make money, then you're fine.

I like to see a legitimate way to make money, and that's what now. Coals is different. Coal's a real company. Okay? There were three bidders for Coals between 50 and 60. It did have some hits, some terrible same store sales numbers. I was able to refinance debt. The reason why Coals is different, unlike Bedbethneum, beyond, is the debt that's been refinanced, and it's five years

before you have any coupons. So Michael Bender might be able to turn it around. At the same time, the others, when you get these little single-digit ones, I'm uncomfortable with that. Yeah, no, certainly. But let's talk about what's moving the market. A lot of big earnings movers today. I felt like a dummy for selling Dan or her on Monday,

but glad we're sticking with Capital One, moving the market. A lot of big earnings movers today. You know, I felt like a dummy for selling

quarter, a huge earnings beat, $5.48 adjusted well above estimates, which were all over the place.

Credit quality improving, a lot of good thoughts on the Discover deal, integration off to a good start.

They did say the integration costs are going to be a little bit higher than estimates,

but they're investing for growth and they see so many opportunities out there.
