| 0:00.0 | I'm Jim Kramer and you're about to hear a sample taken directly from today's |
| 0:06.5 | CBC Investing Club morning meeting. |
| 0:08.3 | Why don't we move to tech? |
| 0:11.8 | I think that's an important story. |
| 0:13.1 | Obviously, NVIDIA down big yesterday. |
| 0:15.7 | Okay, let me just talk about VINITY for a second. |
| 0:18.5 | So I was in Florida visiting my wife and when I'm in an airport or I'm on a plane, |
| 0:24.0 | people ask me about stocks. And I love that. And I counted five people asked me about |
| 0:30.5 | NVIDIA and they owned a lot. And I asked them what NVIDIA does. And no one could tell me. So I said, if you can't tell me what N what Nvidia does, and no one could tell me. |
| 0:38.6 | So I said, if you can't tell me what Nvidia does, you should sell Nvidia. |
| 0:43.0 | Because what will happen is this stock will go to 90, and you will sell it there when I want to buy it. |
| 0:50.7 | And I said that to everybody, and no one wanted to hear it. |
| 1:29.4 | But that's not what we do in the club. We speak truth. And if you don't know what Nvidia does, even our club members, and you're in it, please learn it. Because what will happen when it goes much lower, appreciably lower, which it certainly could, you won't buy it, you'll sell it. And I can't have that. That's not what I want. Yeah. We do have some other MAG7 stocks trying to make a stand. Apple being one. Which we don't know. We think there might be some sort of exemption on our side. Well, they did make that big commitment to expand manufacturing here. Alphabet is hanging in there. I attended. I spoke blowing out alphabet. Why? Because I want a capital. But then Jeff reminded me, we have a lot of capital. |
| 1:34.1 | So I have a lot of cash. And it isn't really hurt by the tariffs. So come on. Let's show |
| 1:39.2 | a little grown-up. Amazon's not bad here, down seven. I don't think that's going to be that. I don't think commerce is going to sell very big. But people want to buy Colgate. They want to buy Proctor. I don't want to do what people want to do. I don't want to buy PepsiCo in a GOP-1 world. Well, I think, you know, the market is looking at that Atlanta GDP now, the downgrade in minus 2.8% yesterday saying, you know, the economy is slowing |
| 2:03.5 | really quick. Consumer going to get hurt by tariffs already was a week, February, January, |
| 2:09.9 | you know, retail sales were four. So that's by drugs. We already have good drug positions. |
| 2:14.6 | We have Bristol. We have Lilly. we have Abbott. Bristol still works |
| 2:19.8 | right here. Let me just say, let's go away from this. We're going to have people who downgrade |
| 2:25.6 | the banks because the banks are going down. There'll be a second day move where you might |
| 2:30.0 | want to buy some. I am interested in buying here, not selling. |
| 2:40.5 | Start your day with my outlook on the daily market every morning at 1020 a.m. |
