| 0:00.0 | Jim Kramer here to share with you a sample of my take on the market from today's |
| 0:07.0 | CMEC Investing Club warning meeting. |
| 0:09.0 | We got a CPI number that frankly was in line and that's kind of dictating a lot of what's happening today. |
| 0:16.0 | Wasn't a great number, wasn't a bad number. |
| 0:18.0 | A bad number and a, meaning a a hot number and we wouldn't get |
| 0:21.5 | this, a great number and well all I could say is we might have been up three, four percent |
| 0:26.4 | and that's very important because this shows once again when our oscillator hits minus five |

| 1:16.6 | FDIC was in charge last week. That didn't work. Dooling agencies. |
| 1:21.6 | FDIC, Treasury and J, and Federal Reserve. Treasury now leading, Treasury has the ability to say things like this |
| 1:29.6 | and have to be backed up because that's happened from Tim Geithner. So that changes, I don't say it |
| 1:34.3 | changes everything because when we hear the Silicon Valley Bank, if the auction failed, we'll go back |
| 1:38.9 | down. But be aware that what it does is say reprieve and reprieve. |
| 1:45.5 | So that's what we're getting. |
