Jim Kramer here to share with you a sample of my take on the market from today's CNBC Investing Club morning meeting.

And I've got to tell you that we are seeing a tech rally that seems very relief-like.

And I said relief-like because it's being led by Oracle, which is the company that has, I say, put the bottleneck in

for data centers. So that could be very positive. Yeah, very positive. I think this news,

and we've seen some reporting around this multiple times about OpenAI, raising money,

Walshutche Journal says it could value the company at 830 billion and raise as much as 100 billion.

Well, if they're able to do that, then they can pay the bills, so to speak, which is good

for the complex.

I know.

Look, it's opaque people.

I've got some people who say it's true and other people say it's not true.

But if they have $100 billion, then it's game one.

Yeah. Although these things are hard to build. They'll build them. They'll get the materials.

At the same time, we have seen a lot, the group come down. And yes, they're rebounding. But

NVIDIA, Bernstein, Stacey Razgun, good analyst over there.

He writes today that it's trading at some of the cheapest levels on a forward PE basis 25 times where, and relative to the to the Sox, which is the semiconductor index, where historically it's a good time for investors to buy at that level.

Yeah, I mean, you're talking about a stock that has the multiple of a proctor on 27 numbers, which is unusual. I don't want to get too excited about it. The reason I'm going to get too excited about it is that if you learn that opening eyes only get to 750 valuation, it's not $100 billion, then you're going to see this rollback. So we don't know enough to be able to say, listen, I want you to buy this.

I just don't.
