0:10.1	Diamondback lowered their CAP-X when they reported Kotaura did as well for oil.
0:15.8	So you're seeing a little bit of a move there.
0:19.3	At the same time, there was actually a deal today in the oil patch,
0:22.6	EOG, paying $5.6 billion to buy Encino. This is in the Utica basis. I only pointed out because
0:30.2	Goldman was a financial advisor. I went to there. I mean, you got not gas. Now, the interesting thing
0:34.6	about EOG, they are very disciplined. They have not done deals.
0:38.2	So this is a very significant piece of paper you're told there. Well, I bring it up only because
0:42.2	also because Goldman was the advisor on the deal. They're also going to be providing the financing
0:46.5	on the debt. So, you know, we continue to track this nice little rebound we're seeing in M&A
0:52.7	activity. Of course, the big deal was Salesforce Informatica.
0:55.7	Oh, yeah.
0:56.1	IPOs improving as well.
0:58.1	My friends at Goldman, I still have a substantial number because I did work there in the 80s,
1:01.6	but believe it or not, there's a great loyalty among Goldman people.
1:05.4	I'm hearing many deals after the went back to 10%.
1:10.9	The reciprocal tariff.
1:12.9	Deal chatter.
1:14.0	Really, really picked up.
1:15.3	Nothing yet.
1:16.2	Nothing yet.
1:16.9	But we saw this.
