Boy, do we ever have a lot to cover. Even though we just had our club meeting, there are many things happening.

10-year up a tick, not an oscillator though is a little overbought, so we've got to be careful.

I lean toward the sell side more than the buy side here today, even though I had a couple names I talked about yesterday. I mentioned Capital One, Texas Roadhouse. Can't put anything on one member over bought like this. But we might be able to do some trimming. But first I want to talk about what's happening with Lilly versus Novo, because there's a lot of sense that Lily's falling behind Novo, and that's not the case. No, it's not. Look, Novo Nordist, they put out a press release today announcing top line results of a phase 1B2A.

So very early stage clinical data here of an experimental weight loss drug.

Keep in mind the trial patient size only 125, so very small.

But this is this amicredin.

It's a once-weekly subcontaneous drug, but it showed weight loss of 22% on the highest dosage after 36 weeks.

1:02.4

And that's really, you know, that's great efficacy.

And, you know, in some ways it does compare favorably to Lilly's next-gen drug retachutriad,

1:10.4

which in a phase two study completed in June

1:12.7

2023. So again, remember, they're very far ahead here. But it showed 20% weight loss roughly

1:19.2

over the same time period, 24.2% at 48 weeks. So yes, some people are saying this is best in class

for Nova Nordisk. And you can see the stock's performance. It really needed any bit of good news it could rally. But it isn't interesting that Lilly's up. And I think some of that is what you just talked about. Some of it is the fact that we finally are getting the scripts that you and I were hoping for. Because remember, the fourth quarter did not finish well for Lilly. This is a nice pickup. Yeah, Wolf mentioned script data today, showed solid, high single-digit week over-week

1:48.6

prescription growth. That's kind of what people have been waiting to see for with Eli, Lily.

1:53.5

Some other things to keep in mind, the tolerability of Novanortis drug was, they just said it was,

1:59.9

you know, similar. So you don't know the true data.

2:01.6

Right, exactly.

2:02.6

And then Lily's also, they have an amylin molecule they're working on as well, so it's

2:06.6

not like, you know, they're just standing pat.

2:08.6

But I think it is the script data, as you mentioned, that is, you know, a very encouraging sign to see

2:15.6

because they were soft towards the end of the year,
