Hey, it's Kramer, and this is my morning take on the market from today's CNBC Investing Club

morning meeting.

Why don't we move to Eli Lilly next?

Because we know insiders, they do tend to sell shares from time to time.

They can sell for many different reasons, maybe diversification, tax purposes, maybe they're

buying a new house. But when they buy shares, that's only with one goal in mind, and that's, tax purposes, maybe they're buying a new house.

But when they buy shares, that's only with one goal in mind, and that's, of course, to make money.

So we saw a bunch of insider buys, and Eli Lilly, of course, this came after some disappointing pill data last week.

These are mind-changing insider buyers.

David Ricks bought a million worth of shares.

The chief scientific officer bought a little more than half a million worth of shares.

Board member, the CEO of IFF, bought a million worth of shares.

Think about that.

He could buy his own stock.

What did he buy?

He bought this stock.

That is very important.

So I sold to Jeff last night, I said,

I cannot be as negative on this after these insider buys.

I think that it's in a front and it's down 15%.

So anyway, I can't count in selling the stock

in the strength, I just can't.
