I'm Jim Kramer, and you're about to hear a sample taken directly from today's

CBC Investing Club morning meeting.

We did make some trades this morning, though.

Bought some Cisco, some Honeywell.

Cisco on a downgrade.

Stock was downgraded today at Evercore.

Not a fundamentally driven downgrade, evaluation downgrade with the stock 6% from their price target.

They do call the AI thesis compelling, but they think that to fully get credit as an AI stock,

Cisco will need to disclose their AI revenues. Right now, they're only disclosing how many

orders they're getting. And the orders are great. It was over a billion in total cumulative

last quarter. They hit their goal a few quarters early over a billion orders from hyperscale

customers.

Exactly. And what drives me to this is that when I was at GTC, which is the conference

for Indyria, both Chuck and Jensen wanted to meet, they spoke together to me because

there was so much business. Now, was that Chuck driving, all I know is is that you don't get Jensen

idly to sit down with another executive unless the deal's for real. Absolutely. And then we bought

some Honeywell consistent with what we said towards the end of last week.

Did not think the stock deserved to be down 5% last week after a beat, a raise to sales, a raised to organic sales, a raise to the adjusted earnings outlook.

They're doing strategic reviews of some of the lagging businesses within automation.

The spins are all on track materials in Q4 and then the aerospace next year.
