Jim Kramer here to share with you a sample of my take on the market from today's

CMBC Investing Club warning meeting.

Interest rates have been soaring, okay?

And the reason why it's so discouraging and scary to people is that it never stops.

This decline in yield, increase in bonds, is what I want.

I want to stop-start, stair step increase because it's the straight line velocity that matters.

And people seem to forget it's the velocity that controls the fear. If you have a, you know, kind of goes back down, goes up. Yeah. Then you're going to get a market like we have today. You want the stairs in, you know, in either direction versus, say, the escalator or at worse, the elevator. Right. And, you know, it is, you know, when you see a historic rally, what you say is there's something very wrong.

You know, Neil Ferguson writes there's something very wrong. You listen to Paul Tudor Jones, something very wrong.

Now, there's been something, here's a little, I'm 68. Wow, that's ridiculous.

And there's been something wrong pretty much all my life. I mean, I remember when

we gave some people in the defense, scientists, gave the H-bomb to Russia. And my parents said that was

the worst thing ever happened. So now they have the H-bomb and they can drop it on us. There was a

fear in this country where you built fallout shelters. Now, that was bad time. I can come up

with so many bad times. So when I hear bad times from people and they say fiscal bad time,

they're missing a little point. It's been bad the whole way. It's been bad since George

Washington was our first president. There's never been a good time. So let's just put that all

and focus on all. Yeah.

And focus on opportunity.

Yeah.

And I think, you know, if we're just having a more of a longer term conversation,

that if you're looking for the best way to create wealth over the long term, it's the stock market.

That's what historically it has been.
