It's because I didn't work out yesterday because I'm sick and I have no energy now. I'm pretty sure it's just because I didn't work out and now my whole life is a mess.

I now understand when you're in this like fitness thing.

I feel like it's kind of a trap because yes well now I feel a lot healthier.

The second that I go off that like I'm not eating as healthy and I'm not working out, I lose everything. Not like physically, I mean like more emotionally. I'm just like I'm out of it. I'm so tired I can't do with any of this. I am such a homebody and even like

lately I literally in my weekend updates I this is what I have type. Lazy and

boring I don't leave my house besides going to restoration hardware.

I actually am going to a Hawking game this weekend, so I guess I am going to leave.

I like being at my house and I like doing nothing and my friends come over and we do nothing together and it's just like it's amazing and all of them are like they're listening to this

they're probably like no I hate it we need to go do something but like I'm I'm good with it I would much rather just spend time on my couch talking to my friends and I would like going out and like all the time.
