I made a quick phone call. I ran upstairs to chat with my wife. I

grabbed a little beverage for our

Wow, I guess I don't give my kids coffee,

but yeah, I guess it is an adult

message. All right. What I saw recently like this, this is like totally off

the eye of coffee. Of course with you. Talk about it. Yeah, I saw a like a meme or I don't even know what it was. It was like a it was a picture of they'd given spiders like a bunch of different kinds of drugs. They'd given them like LSD and marijuana and alcohol and like and then they had him go like

build their web or whatever and like the the spider that got caffeine made the most crazy

chaotic web and the meme was basically like yes you know spiders like caffeine

like a Schedule 3 drug or whatever anyway caffeine is probably not that good for you.

We did a whole episode on it Bob where we argued the pros and the cons of caffeine. People are

more welcome to flip back and find it. I've been enjoying my daily cappuccino and getting a little caffeine hit from that every day.

Maybe that's what they were

shaky. We probably had a little cup of coffee and the things you know the size

smaller than you like your palm of your hands. The web did not look good so I'm
