California just did an interesting thing.

The vanity plates that are allowed in California, there is a rule that the DMV has, and it makes sense.

I think virtually every single state does this, that if you have a vanity plate that is offensive, the DMV can say no.

And it's up to the DMV to make that determination.

And it's someone decides the plate is offensive.

For example, there is a personalized plate that has the word Slayer, S-L-A-A-A-A-Y-R-R, who this fellow is a fan of the rock band Slayer,
