They're changing a lot of their... Why would you change the stores, their restaurants? Why would you do that? Cracker Barrel is perfect just the way it is. They removed the old timer character. Yeah, the new logo is ugly. It's just like the signs we put on the roads here in Indiana. The sign was fine. Why are you messing with it? The old guy is comforting.

Why would they do that? Well, they're trying to modernize all of the Cracker Barrels. I don't want to modernize. I want Cracker Barrel to B Cracker Barrel.

Do you ever go into a Cracker Barrel and think you could put like a picture of your family on the wall? I used to. People who work there would never notice. Just add it in. Cracker Barrier you should be a big deal as a kid because when you're small, everything is bigger, right?

And now as an adult, I look at that gift shop and it's like, oh, well, whatever.

But as a kid, you'd go at night and it was like cool to walk around the gift shop.

And then my parents keep telling me, no, you can't buy that. No, you can't have that. and I was like, man, it'd be cool to live in the Cracker Barrel gift shop because they have all this

fun stuff. That's quite a little marketing plan though, because if you're waiting in line

to go into the restaurant, you can just mill about and do some shopping. Have you ever done, like, the Cracker Barrel Thanksgiving dinner? I did that one year. I know somebody who has done that. Yeah, I've never done that. By yourself? No, it was for the family. Oh, you actually didn't go into the Cracker Barrel.
