So there are two stories when it comes to the Cracker Barrel fiasco.

One is what you know about that has happened over the last, I don't know, 10 days.

And then there's the other part of the story.

I want to tell you just how stupid the CEO of Cracker Barrow

and their team actually is. Now, this is the story you don't know about. There was a prominent

Cracker Barrow investor that warned executives that they were walking into, quote, a textbook trap.

That's right.

One of Cracker Barrel's largest investors literally sent up a red flag last fall regarding

the board director's rebranding plan for the company.

But it went unheeded.

Now, that was last fall.

In fact, it was a two-page critique dated November the 13th, 2024.

Sardar Big Lari, who owns about 5%, which is a lot, of the restaurant chain's stock,
