So a little bit more about Elizabeth, if you haven't listened to any of the previous episodes with her.

She has a master's in somatic psychology. She's currently

working as an associate therapist. That means that in California you need to earn, I think it's 3,000 hours

before you can get your license of working with people and she's grinding

her way through those hours very diligently so she's working with people and she

specializes in trauma work and I think that both based on your work with people around this time of year and a little bit of your own personal history, you were just interested in doing something that like hopefully people would find kind of supportive and helpful and just kind of bring people into our home here.

I'm just gonna name it sometimes the holidays suck. Yeah. You know they can be a lot of

pressure to be a certain way you know to hang out hang out with your family, especially if you don't like them,

or just feel those pressures. It can be very pressuring. So I thought, hmm, what if we just invited some folks via the podcast or video or whatever

just to like come and hang out with us. So if you're feeling lonely or a little bit sad,
