you have the stream up you're listening but you only interact when you hear something that you

disagree with essentially uh either that or if it's got to be set straight or if I know that some

to where he responds then I know I know it's a good day so this has been on my mind for a little

while especially with some of the changes we're making trying to do some some shorter shows

some different topics not necessarily just blue sky live in the

morning and i was compelled to to reach out initially you um you one of my i guess connections is

the word on lincoln and you've been trying to make post every week or every couple weeks and

the one that i found the most interesting or they're all interesting Rob they're

all fantastic of course but the one that that stuck out was where you were discussing trying to

simply make a post every week and if you miss one don't miss the second one and to to stay

um in your routine and I'm probably a I'm probably too much of a routine person the person where I'm

almost hyper aware of it while I'm in it and if it just slacks off at all it goes hell in a

handbasket and haywire and have my block an inability to to get back in it I guess my

question to you off the top is what has made you want to do that level of public journaling?

And what are you trying to get out of it?

I'm trying to be a little more consistent with myself.
