Frederick Wilson. Congresswoman Frederick Wilson, welcome to CPTime and as is customary

with I guess you're the first guest that's really just the first time we've ever done

this, a customary CPTime coffee mug for you.

Well how adorable. It's a good water and that I don't want to say it.

Thank you, thank you. Is it only water?

Well you know we can be something more if you want. I wanted to ask you what it means

to be a black woman in these times.

To be a black woman in these times I have to have strength because I carry the entire

country on my back. There's not one election that has been won in this country by Democrats

that was not won by African American women.

Congresswoman and myself we go way back, we marched together in 1971 and Memphis we marched

together again in Tupelo. I don't remember any of that.

I was away on a brown suit. I didn't participate.

I was there with my Uncle Bebo. Do you don't remember my Uncle Bebo?

No I don't remember going.

Anyway my Uncle Bebo does say hello and he sends his greetings.

You're so full of energy, Congresswoman. Walk me through your morning regiment. How do
