Good morning, Nick. Let's get to all of it. Starting with what is happening or not happening in Dallas, Texas. Things are going from bad to worse out there. I mean, what's worse than a two and four record, a terrible defense and

DAC gone for the year? How about losing your team? Anonymous Cowboys players are reportedly

saying Mike McCarthy's coaching staff is, quote, totally unprepared and they just aren't good

at their jobs. It is a sharp cut at Mike McCarthy, who was asked yesterday about some of his players not buying in.

And I just really go back to my first meeting with the football team.

I've always stated this to every team that I've coached.

I think it's important to handle things as men.

I mean, if you do have something to say publicly that is of most importance,

I think it's important to say it to the individual,

particularly in a group dynamic setting,

especially in the game of football, especially for the Dallas Cowboys.

So, Brandon, are you surprised that Cowboys players are anonymously ripping Mike McCarthy

and his coaching staff dissension among the ranks, it seems like?

I'm not surprised.
