Welcome to the latest edition of The Break. We're live in SWBC Mortgage Studios at the Star. And we're presented by Miller Light, the only beer of the Dallas Cowboys. It is our job today to get you guys ready for Cowboys v. Lyons. That happens this Sunday at noon at AT&T Stadium. We'll tell you all of our opinions on what we think is going to happen this weekend and give you some predictions for the game as well. Let's start first with Mike McCarthy. He had his press conference today. And the first thing I wanted to kind of catch up on is Matt. Well, let's go. Shows up on the injury report yesterday. Doesn't sound good. What are we hearing? No, it's good. I mean, he's been dealing with this shoulder injury. They thought he might have to have surgery back in training camp. They've been fighting through it, the sublixation, which basically means it pops in and out. Every time I hear somebody say it, it just... Yeah, it sounds really good. It's another way to say your shoulder just pops in and pops out. So he's suffered a setback there, and they didn't want to go.

I don't think McCarthy wanted to say that he's having surgery, but it doesn't sound like

it's going to be something he'll be back from soon.

He probably will have surgery here to clean this thing up and get him ready for next year.

And that would mean I are soon and he's out for the rest of it.

Yeah.

He's played some as a backup, you know, but I mean, you know, I honestly think this could be a good thing.
