We agree that a win yesterday for the Jets was the best thing that could have happened for Aaron and Glenn trying to build this thing forward.

But a couple of things we disagreed with.

I was a little surprised to hear your take on both these things. One, you're not on the Cowboys at all. You're not on them. You're thinking everybody's all fired up because it's the Cowboys and really there's not as much substance there. I know you like the Texans. I can agree with that. But I do like what the Dallas Cowboys are doing, plus it's exciting football.

And also, you don't think Mike Tomlin, if somehow the Steelers move on, would be a good fit for the New York Giants as their next head coach.

So I mean, if you hire him, what you're hiring, I guess is which maybe some people want this type of hire. You want more of a

CEO type of a head coach. I know he comes from the defensive side of the ball, but you really want

a guy that can manage a football team that knows how to manage games and is going to hire really good

quality coordinators that are going to bring the best out in your team.

Yes. So that's what you're looking at. I mean, if you hire him. I mean, I don't know. I just, I hope he stays in Pittsburgh, honestly. I mean, but then again, I'm not a, I'm not a Steeler fan. And, you know, all he does is have winning records. I know Steeler fans are sick and tired of hearing that.

And every time you watch a Steeler game, whether it be on CBS or Fox or all he does is have winning records. I know Steelers fans are sick and tired of hearing that.

And every time you watch a Steeler game, whether it be on CBS or Fox or NBC, that's all you hear.

That's the propaganda around it. And then the question has to be answered by the Rooney family.

Like, is he ever going to get us back to where we were or are we just stuck in neutral here?

Yeah, I mean, do you feel the same way about the Giants right now as we felt about the Jets last year where with all the

the hirings and firings and the instability and the losing and the embarrassments that have

gone on with this organization that if you're going to hire another first time head coach

and another take a shot like that, it was a coordinator, it just doesn't feel like the right time for that,

or is it different because the Giants at least have a winning history?

I think every year is different, and they have a quarterback that's a difference maker.

I think we all see that.
